Opinion

In an action by a licensed real estate broker to recover commissions on the sale and leasing of real property, and for other relief, the appeal is from an order which denied appellants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
