Order granting motion of defendant to open its default in pleading reversed on the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and such motion denied, with ten dollars costs. Order in so far as it denies plaintiff’s motion to dismiss the proceeding for want of jurisdiction affirmed. All concur.
