Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Global Trading Agency, Inc., appeals a final summary judgment. We reverse because the record demonstrates that this case was not ripe for summary judgment disposition. See Anderson v. Mount Sinai Med. Ctr., 789 So.2d 546 (Fla. 3d DCA 2001). There are unresolved genuine issues of material fact whether the customer and the bank exercised ordinary care and whether the bank acted in a commercially reasonable manner.

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
