Glasow v. M. Moran Transportation Lines, Inc.

260 A.D. 986, 1940 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 5695

Opinion

Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Dowling and MeCum, JJ., who dissent and vote for reversal on the law and facts and for granting a new trial on the ground that the verdict is contrary to and against the weight of the evidence. (The judgment is for defendants in an automobile negligence action. The order denies a motion for a new trial.) Present — Crosby, P. J., Cunningham, Dowling, Harris and McCurn, JJ.
