Action to recover damages for breach of an alleged oral contract pursuant to which plaintiff purchased five debentures, and for alleged false and fraudulent representations by an agent of the defendants. Judgment for the respondents unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Davis, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
