Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the trial court’s order finding the defendant Giles in violation of his probation on the authority of Mastick v. State, 409 So.2d 203 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982), and remand to the trial court with directions to restore the defendant to his probationary status.

Reversed and remanded with directions.
