Opinion

SCHOTT, Judge.

This case is identical to that of Molinario v. Hartford Insurance Company, 462 So.2d 253. Plaintiff, Frank Gilbert was employed in the same way by C.N. Flagg and was injured in the same accident as Molinario. For the reasons assigned in the Molinario case the judgment dismissing Gilbert’s case is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
