Action to recover damages for personal injuries. On argument, order granting motion for substitution of another attorney in place of respondent and fixing respondent’s hen, as attorney, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Lazansky, P, J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
