Opinion
This is an appeal from an order in an ancillary proceeding at law. We find that the order will not support an appeal since it is not final. Therefore, this appeal must be and the same is hereby dismissed but without prejudice to the parties’ rights to seek review by appeal' upon the entry of final judgment.
