Opinion

Opinion by

GALBRAITH, C.

The petition in error with case-made attached was filed with the clerk of this court April 10, 1912, and the cause regularly submitted at the October, 1914, *511 term. No brief has been filed by either party. The appeal should therefore be dismissed for failure to'serve and file brief as required by rule 7 of this court (38 Okla. vi, 137 Pac. ix).

By the Court: It is so ordered.
