Per Curiam,

The question involved in this case is not free from difficulty, and we find after full consideration that the six judges who heard the ease are equally divided in opinion. The respective views are set forth in the adjudication and in the dissenting opinion, and we see no occasion for further elaboration.

Accordingly, all exceptions are dismissed, and the adjudication is confirmed absolutely.
