itT is ordered that the decretal order made by the cjjA trait court so far as respects the payment of the money? fee affirmed. But it being represented to the court that there is a marriage settlement in this case which comprehends the property in question, it is further ordered that* the money be paid over to the trustee in the said marriage sctUeir.. nt if comprehended therein;
