Government contract. On plaintiff’s offer to compromise, which was accepted by the defendant, and on a report of a commissioner of the court recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $10,073.84, and that defendant’s counterclaim be dismissed.
