Opinion

JANVIER, Judge.

This matter is before us on motion to dismiss the appeal on the same grounds that we discussed in the opinion handed down by us today in Philip Warren, et al. v. Eugene De Armas, La.App., 100 So.2d 529.

The facts are identical and for the reasons given in that opinion, the appeal is dismissed at the cost of appellants.

Appeal dismissed.
