Without being able to yield my assent to the grounds stated in the opinion just read for the [78]*78dismissal of the complainant’s bill, I concur fully in the conclusion that the case made by the bill, is one of which this court has no jurisdiction.
Bill dismissed for want of Jurisdiction.
