Judgment entered upon the verdict of a jury in an action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s intestate as the result of injuries he received when the car in which he was riding by invitation left the road and collided with a culvert unanimously affirmed, with costs. Appeal from order denying motion to reargue motion to set aside the verdict and grant a new trial dismissed. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Kapper, Hagarty and Davis, JJ.
