Opinion

PER CURIAM.

While we agree that the Florida Real Estate Commission had the power to increase the penalty recommended by the hearing officer, see Florida Real Estate Commission v. Webb, 367 So.2d 201 (Fla. 1978), we nevertheless reverse and remand for imposition of an appropriate penalty consistent with the dictates of section 475.-25(1), Florida Statutes (1981), see Linkous v. Department of Professional Regulation, 417 So.2d 802 (Fla. 5th DCA 1982).
