Opinion

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Niagara County (Gerald M. Trafalski, R.), entered December 20, 2004 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order, among other things, granted respondent sole custody of the children and permitted the children to relocate with respondent to Florida.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs. Present—Hurlbutt, J.P, Kehoe, Green and Pine, JJ.
