For the reasons stated in Delores Ragan v. Pilgram Life Insurance Company of America, 461 So.2d 618 (La.App. 1st Cir.1984) the appeal in this matter is dismissed, costs to be paid by Pilgrim who took the appeal.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
