Opinion

Per Curiam.

The answer of the defendant as finally amended set out no legal defense whatever to the plaintiff’s suit, and the court erred in refusing to strike the answer on motion of the plaintiff. That error rendered the further pToceedings in the case nugatory.

Judgment reversed.
