Order, in so far as it requires defendant to pay to plaintiff or his attorney $500 by reason of defendant’s refusal to admit certain facts under a notice dated June 6, 1928, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
