Opinion

In re: Ciro P. Callico and Louis A. Cor-dileone applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 307 So.2d 644.

Writ denied. The application does not comply with our rules, see Rule X, Section 4(2) (1973), and we are unable to determine the sufficiency of one appellant’s bond with regard to another’s devolutive appeal, see Vienne v. Chalona, 203 La. 450, 14 So.2d 54 (1943).
