We abate the appeal and remand for the trial court to consider and rule on the motion to withdraw and for appointment of new counsel to represent appellant on appeal. The trial court’s orders must be filed in a supplemental clerk’s record with this Court by no later than March 29, 2019.

The appeal is abated, treated as a closed case, and removed from this Court’s active docket. The appeal will be reinstated on this Court’s active docket when the supplemental record is filed in this Court. It is so ORDERED.
