Proceeding [767]*767under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review the respondents’ determination revoking a restaurant liquor license issued to petitioner. There was competent and substantial evidence to sustain the findings upon which the determination is based (People ex rel. Co. of Delaware v. State Tax Comm., 184 App. Div. 691; Matter of Tates v. Mulrooney, 245 App. Div. 146). Determination confirmed, without costs. All concur.
