OPINION AND ORDER

PEREZ-GIMENEZ, Chief Judge.

On May 17, 1983, this Court remanded the case to the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the Secretary) for further administrative action. On September 16, 1983, the administrative law judge (AU) rendered his decision denying plaintiffs claim on the ground that she was not disabled under 42 U.S.C. § 423(d)(2)(B).
