AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

TAYLOR, Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Garrett, 608 [340]*340So.2d 337 (Ala.1992), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and the case remanded to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
