Opinion

The motion to treat the appeal papers as a petition for writ of certiorari is granted and the order entered in this case on October 8, 1956, 352 U. S. 806, is amended to read as follows:

“Per Curiam: The appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction. Treating the papers whereon the appeal was taken as a petition for writ of certiorari, certiorari is denied.”

Mr. Justice Brennan took no part in the consideration or decision of this case.
