Judgment was entered in this ease on October 22, 2012 and Appellant gave notice [180]*180of appeal on November 19, 2012. Plaintiff-Appellant Garber filed a document entitled Notice of Abandonment of Appeal on June 18, 2014 indicating there are no further issues before the Supreme Court. Consequently, this case is hereby DISMISSED.
