Opinion

In an action for a separation, defendant appeals from so much of an order as awarded plaintiff alimony pendente lite in the sum of $75 a week and a counsel fee of $500. Order insofar as appealed from modified to provide for alimony pendente lite in the sum of $55 a week, and as so modified, affirmed, without costs. In our opinion, on the record here presented, the alimony awarded, pendente lite, was excessive. Nolan, P. J., Mac Crate, Schmidt, Beldock and Murphy, JJ., concur.
