Affirmed based on the authority of Beach Keys, Inc. v. Girvin, 213 So.2d 314 (Fla. 1st DCA 1968), and Chappell v. Hasche, 98 So.2d 808 (Fla. 2d DCA 1957), as well as the rule of law stated in Shaw v.
