In a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, petitioner, a tenant in a two-family house, appeals from an order which sustained a determination by respondent, granting a certificate of eviction. Order unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Adel, MacCrate, Schmidt and Beldock, JJ.
