Opinion
Concluding that the circuit court applied the correct law in granting respondent’s petition for a writ of certiorari, we deny petitioner’s petition for a writ of certiorari. See Fla. Power & Light Co. v. City of Dania, 761 So.2d 1089 (Fla.2000); City of Sarasota v. Pleasures II Adult Video, Inc., 799 So.2d 325 (Fla. 2d DCA 2001).
DENIED.
