Opinion

DAUKSCH, Judge.

This is an appeal in a construction contract case. We affirm the major portion of the judgment but reverse an order denying a post-judgment consideration regarding an offer of settlement. As to that, we remand to allow the parties to present evidence as to any pretrial offers of settlement and any entitlement to attorneys’ fees as a result of a rejection of a bona fide offer.

AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part; REMANDED.

COBB, J,, and ORFINGER, M., Senior Judge, concur.
