Order adjudging appellant guilty of contempt of court for having disobeyed a judgment of the Supreme Court directing the payment of alimony for the support and maintenance of the plaintiff and the children of the parties and fining him, denying appellant’s motion for modification of the said judgment, and directing the payment of additional counsel fee, affirmed, without costs. Ho opinion. Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Adel and Holán, JJ., concur.
