In re: Friedrichs Refrigeration, Inc., applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court, of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Natchitoches. 326 So.2d 919.

Granted. Applicant is entitled to rear-gument in the Court of Appeal under the provisions of Article S, Section 8 .of the Constitution of 1974. The Court of Appeal’s denial of rehearing is vacated and the matter is remanded to the Court of Appeal for reargument before five judges.
