Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Fulfer v. State, 701 So.2d 674 (Fla. 3d DCA 1997) affirmed the revocation of Ful-fer’s probation because he had committed a battery on his mother. In this Anders proceeding, his conviction on the substantive charge is likewise affirmed.
