ORDER

SCHALL, Circuit Judge.

Upon consideration of the motions of Jazz Photo Corporation to withdraw from appeal 05-1274 and Anthony Cossentino to voluntarily dismiss appeal 05-1254,

IT IS ORDERED THAT:
