Opinion
J.J. appeals the judgment of Jackson County Circuit Court terminating his parental rights. K.L. appeals the judgment denying her petition for adoption of the minor children and granting F.S. and D.S.'s petition for adoption. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
