In an action to recover unpaid commissions on goods sold by appellants, order denying motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground that there is another action pending for the same cause between the same parties or, in the alternative, to dismiss for insufficiency, affirmed, with $25 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Nolan, JJ., concur.
