Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff wife and for loss of services by the plaintiff husband as a consequence of the wife’s falling down stairs by reason of a claimed negligent condition of rubber mat and tiled landing. Judgment for the defendant and order denying a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ.
