On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

McMILLAN, Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Frazier, 729 So.2d 253 (Ala.Cr.App.1998), the judgment is reversed and the cause is remanded to the trial court.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

LONG, P.J., and COBB, BROWN, and BASCHAB, JJ., concur.
