AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

McMILLAN, Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court decision in Ex parte Frazier, 562 So.2d 560 (Ala.1989), this cause is reversed and remanded to the trial court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
