In an action by the plaintiff against appellants and another on a written guaranty, two of the defendants appeal from an order denying a motion for judgment on the pleadings on the ground that the complaint fails to state a cause of action. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and MacCrate, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 900.]
