In this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action, federal inmate Frank Thunder-Hawk Gallardo appeals following the district court’s1 adverse grant of summary judgment. Upon de

Sims, 200 F.3d 1170, 1171 (8th Cir. 2000) (per curiam) (standard of review for dismissal under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)), we find no merit to Gallardo’s arguments for reversal.2 The judgment is affirmed.
