Opinion
Appeal from an order of the Onondaga County Court (Anthony F. Aloi, J.), entered May 16, 2005. The order affirmed a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Lysander (Claire E. Rutherford, J.), dated September 21, 2004, in favor of plaintiff in a small claims action.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs. Present—Scudder, EJ., Martoche, Centra, Fahey and Pine, JJ.
