Opinion

Two orders of the Supreme Court, Rock-land County, both entered February 17, 1972, affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements. In our opinion, the attack on the original referendum or the eligibility of the voters may not now be reviewed. Hopkins, Acting P. J., Shapiro, Christ, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
