Government contract. On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, pursuant to Section 6 of the Lucas Act, 60 Stat. 902, as amended, it was ordered that the Department of the Army is directed to settle plaintiff’s claim for $75,000.
