Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal of a post judgment order directing disbursement of certain class action settlement proceeds. See Foundation Health v. Garcia-Rivera, 814 So.2d 537 (Fla. 3d DCA 2002) (affirming certification of class). We entirely agree with Judge Rothenberg that the class action settlement agreement is clear on its face, see Barakat v. Broward County Housing Authority, 771 So.2d 1193, 1195 (Fla. 4th DCA 2000), and the disbursement order is in accordance with its terms.

Affirmed.
