ON RETURN TO REMAND
The appellant was found guilty of criminally negligent homicide and was sentenced to one year in jail and was fined $5,000.00. We remanded this case to the trial court for it to amend its sentencing order by imposing a fine within the statutory limits. The court has amended its order and imposed a fine of $2,000.00. Thus, the appellant’s conviction and sentence is affirmed.
