ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
A Notice of Appeal was timely filed on May 30, 2012 by the Fort Peck Tribes. On June 6, 2012, an Order Setting Briefing Schedule was issued. Appellant was ordered to file a Brief in support of its appeal within 30 days of the mailing of the June 6, 2012 Order. Appellant did not file a Brief. Therefore,
